My LG 4500 phone has fell out of its accessory belt holster several
times.
There is something about the design that releases the phone at certain
times.
Getting out of the car, or hip hitting a surface.
Has anyone had a similar problem and bought a holster for this phone
that is more secure.
Thanks for your help!

I have the LG 6000 and have had the same
problem. I finally bought a leather
holster with a belt clip, then drilled a
hole in the belt clip and picked up a
light pull chain from ACE hardware and
that goes thru the little hole and
around my belt. Now when it falls off it
is still hanging by the chain.

I don't have an LG4500, but I've tried several pouches and now I'm
happily using a NiteIze Sport Case, Part SCS-03-01 (the last -01 is the
color, black, and it comes in other colors). It's available online at
several places. I bought mine from zbattery.com for $8. It's also
available at CompUSA (SKU 318297). There's also the Sport Case SCL-03
for taller phones.

It holds the phone securely, it stays tightly against your body so you
feel the phone vibrate, it has enough cutouts to let out the ring sound,
it's less bulky then some, and it has a J-shaped belt clip so it doesn't
lift itself off of your belt. The only downside is having to loudly
open the Velcro to get at the phone, and you can't just look down at the
phone silently to see the time of day. Don't confuse it with the larger
NiteIze Clip Case CPS-03. The latter is much larger and has room for
storing cash, cards, and a pen.
