But to answer your question, No. There was no (or little) interest in a
class-action lawsuit, and I wasn't bent on one, but would have participated
if there had been one. The idea (at least my involvement) has been dropped.
Folks in this forum, more than others, know the benefits (pro/con) of
Verizon Wireless. And I'll leave it at that.
Culpable? VZW has restated that they decided (elected) to not renew my
exclusive status, and that there were no issues real or implied. That said,
I represent All carriers as a non-exclusive. I happen to think that VZW
service/coverage provides good value. My opinion about their business
ethics need not be repeated.
If you want "more information" about my business, then mail me, as that is
about as far as I'm going to share in an open forum. Having already learned
that my right to chat openly about Verizon Wireless may not be expressly
restricted by contract, but it sure is unofficially discouraged, at least by
