Poor Verizon Wireless Online Billing Service

| Why is the Verizon Wireless Online Billing web site so slow? I have dial up
and I expect some pages to be slow but it takes a couple of minutes to
switch screens. In addition my account closes the 15th of the month and the
bill is still not online as of the 22nd.

First obvious question...have you contacted Verizon?
You really can't expect much from Dial-Up anymore...it just can't
handle the load of these web sites!

I have a cable internet connection that (from speed test sites) gets between
5M & 6M downloads - AND - The whole VZW website is slower than most
websites I have connected to with qnc @ 14K.
