I have seen on the VZW web site that phones like the LG VX 8100 has features
of V Cast and National Access on the phone. I have a an LG 8000 phone with
v-cast as a feature on my billing. I did not see National access on the
account so I called VZW customer service and asked if I had National access
on the account and I was told no. So I asked what is National access
compared to V- Cast and the EV-Do network and I did not a real answer. The
CS rep. talked to a tech. and was told that the National Access and V- Cast
could not go together. Is this true? What is National Access? Dose the EV-DO
network better that National Access or is having the V-Cast service and
EV-DO do the same thing as National Access? What is the difference between
the EV-DO and national Access? I hope that this makes since. I am tiring to
figure this out.
