I yes have gotten the run around with inphonic.

Call them at the corporate headquaters and maybe they will start
getting the idea. Here is the number 202-333-0001
Their customer service really is the worst ever. Over in some third
world country and can hardly speak english. So again Call the Corp.

Also, if you purchased your cell phone through Tiger Direct and are
getting screwed by Inphonic then email all of your info to the
following email address. Trust me they will take care of you. I emailed
them and Inphonic sent my package the next day after Tiger Direct
jumped down their throats.
