memory card for 815

|
| Exactly what kind of memory card does the 815 use, and what type of reader
do you need for the computer to use it?

the phone stores and online... the SanDisk ones (brand name) come with
an SD card adaptor which will slide into any SD card reader... I got
mine at WalMart - its a Kodak card reader. I have a 128 and a 256 each
in our 2 phones. Bigger ones are available if you plan to use your
phone as an MP3 player (capability by phone) :D

| That's weird...When I got our phones I asked the poeple at the VZW store and
they said they didn't carry them but they could be bought at CompUSA & such
but they never told me what they were called. I do think it would be nice to
use it as an MP3 though.

It's a transflash card which might also be known as microSD I think.
One of the localwireless stores near me, which has a big online store
as well sells them. I picked up Motorola branded Mobile Phone Tools
from them in the version 2 with cable for $22 (savee about $15 and got
the live update online) http://www.malcomwireless.com

Wow.. I musta been half asleep when I typed that... mixed pronouns all
over!
How Rude of the folks at the VZW store... Radioshack had 'em! The 256
is easily big enough to hold MP3's for a casual user, but hardcore
folks need what they need.
Motorola sells stereo headphones :D

Jeanie, I love your enthusiasm for this group, and I like that you don't
top post, but could you please start your reply on the next line? Better
yet, leave a blank line.
Thanks.
