Anyone got bitpim to work on an e815?
I've tried every trick I could find.

Maybe there is one I didn't?

Or is there an alternative?
I'd like to get rid of the stock pics and tones.
All are lame..... and take up memory

Yes and no. Bitpim will access the e815's file system, which allows you to
copy over files and, of greater interest, to delete the silly supplied
pictures and other nonsense. In order to get bitpim to work, you'll
probably need to install an earlier version of usbser.sys on your machine.
If you go over to www.howardforums.com you'll find tons of information on
how to do this, as well as all sorts of other tidbits that will allow you to
enable OBEX for Bluetooth, dial up networking, and lots of other things.
