I ordered an E815 and Verizon service through Amazon.com I received the
phone last week but no service. I called Verizon and they never heard
of me. I have been trying to get an answer from Amazon but so far I
have not heard back from them. Has any one else had this problem? I am
thinking of just activating the phone through verizon directly I really
need this phone now.

Thanks

How are you trying to contact Amazon? Did you try thier toll free
number: 800 201-7575

I"m curious where they got that $399.99 list price from since Motorola
sells that phone on there website, without service, for $269.99

I talked to some guy in India no real help. I also sent off a couple
emails. I think I am just going to send back the phone I have wasted
too much time on this already.

I got the same phone from Amazon. Nice deal. Free phone.

Just call Verizon. It took a while but I got my phone activated and old
number transferred immediately via calling Verizon.

I went into their not-to-god phone systems via the transfer old phone number
section.
