| I'm sorry you don't believe it's true, but it happened. After the local
store here in Upstate SC said they couldn't help him, he talked to several
levels of customer support about it. No dice.
I was stunned when he told me what they said since I just assumed they would
bend over backwards to help out. Up until now, he's been very happy with
Cingular, but he's fairly pissed off with them right now.
