| Got my $269 phone direct from Moto via the web. Came in a Vzw box with Vzw
markings and startup logo. Retired my V710 and once the E815 was
activated, couldn't get Vcast to work. Called Vzw and they acknowledged
there was a batch of phones released with the wrong firmware. Vzw flashed
it at local store for free and all works fine.
