| Hello Groups:
I bought a copy of the Mobile Phone Tools and the data cable for the E815
from cellphoneshop.net. MPT installed okay and all updates were done. I
can't get the program to see the E815. What am I doing wrong?
TIA,
Steve

Even with the correct modem, there's not much one can accomplish with
MPT unless the user does a seem edit, unless Vz has opened the e815,
which I doubt. Instructions are on HoFo also.

A number of carriers are currently asking various manufacturers
to disable certain functions, tethering being one of them.
