Author New 1900 MHz VZW native service in former Extended Areas?

From what I've been able to tell, VZW is adding service in the PCS
band (1900 MHz) in areas where they did not have native coverage
before, but instead were served by Extended Area partners.

I've seen bill inserts where the North Carolina Outer Banks are now
native Verizon. I knew the northern part in Currituck county (Duck,
Corolla) was native Verizon Wireless, but the lower part (Kill Devil
Hills, Nags Head, etc.) roamed on Alltel as an extended area partner.

And, I've seen that VZW has added a new prefix in Breezewood, PA
(Bedford county). This area was served by US Cellular, again as an
extended area partner.

Can anybody confirm that VZW has indeed added PCS coverage in these
areas? If so, what SIDs (System IDs) are they using?

Thanks!

Dave
