HELP: Treo keeps connecting to VZW

......And I don't want it to so I don't get charged.

I thought I poked everything to have it completely turned off on my PDA and
on the wirelesssync server on Verizon. What am I missing? How come it
keeps wanting to connect up all the time? This month I am paying for the
unlimitted plan with Verizon, but next month I don't want to pay for it
anymore and just use dial-up but I need to get this problem resolved.
