I have a LG VX3300.. The phone will ring and I cannot hear the other
side..& they can not hear me.. I have checkked that MUTE is not set. The
earpiece setting is showing EARJACK Peice.. But I don't use one and can not
reset it to be able to hear anything..
When dialing I can not even hear the phone dialing.

Can anyone help me so I can hear and talk using this phone..
I will probably be taking it back to verizon for service.. but would like
to see if I can avoid that ..
