HELP!!!! Verizon phone accessing Bellsouth fast acces email

| I am using a Verizon phone to read my email from bellsouth but am
having problems because the page load exceeds my memory (graphics too
large) I emailed them several times and they have never responded, so I
called them (bellsouth), they said it's Verizon's problem and Verizon
said it's Bellsouth's problem I had no problem when on AT&T, but that
was dial up. Bellsouth doesn't seem to be able to grasp the term WAP
device!?!?!
Does anyone else here use a Verizon phone to access their BS Fast
Access email?
I tried mail2wap which worked for about a week, then a domain name
error came up preventing further access, so an email to that web master
still goes unanswered after months.
When are we going to find responsible site operators? The sites don't
run on autopilot!

Hell, I don't even use my BS DSL service to access my *BS* accounts,
because their e-mail service is so undependable. I got a cheap web
hosting account and use that for e-mail instead.

| Don't know what kind of phone you're using but I use my Verizon i730 PDA to
access my Bellsouth mail without any problems by simply configuring it to
use the mail.bellsouth.net server for incoming pop mail. Don't know your
configuration, but if you're running into memory problems, maybe you can
tell your phone to only use text and no graphics?
