Does anyone know if there is a limit to the maximum size card you can use
that will be recognized by this phone? also, if I get this phone and a
card, can I just copy my mp3 files over to the card and use them as
ringtones and listen to them like with an mp3 player? thanks.

The max. size is gig. If you buy the phone, you'll likely
get the newest software. Ver 7. With Ver 7, the phone
supports VCast MOD (Music On Demand). MOD supports
..wma, which is the Windows media player. Can't use MP3s as ringtones.
Unless you're open to using BitPim.

Go to www.howardforums.com and do a search of the verizon and lg groups.
