Verizon wireless - Weird file explorer problem on WM5

Weird file explorer problem on WM5

I had asked a question about voice dialing on the xv6700 a couple days
ago, and got a great answer. I have since gotten the PPC, installed
Voice Commander, and downloaded Resco Explorer. The voice commander
works great (most of the time) but I cannot install Resco.

I can't for the life of me figure out why when I try to open a folder
using file explorer, nothing happens! I see the list of folders in My
Documents, but when I try to open one, I click, I double-click, I click
and hold. NOTHING happens. It sits there and blinks at me. The folder
name will highlight, but it will NOT open.

I'm sure there's an easy explanation, so could someone please tell me
waht is going on?
