My wife swears that she saw somebody with a pink Razr, I told her that it
has to be an after market mod. She said the person who had the phone said
she got it from verizon. My qustion is is there a Pink Razr?

Yes, there's a Pink Razr. However, I've only seen newpaper
advertisements featuring it for T-Mobile. I don't think Verizon has it
on the Website (I visited it a couple of weeks ago), but sometimes
Verizon retailers have slightly different products.

Or a *woman*. If you'd bothered to read, the OP was asking because his
*wife* wants one.

It was brought out as part of the pink ribbon campaign against breast
cancer. Kind of like the pink wrist bands and so on. As someone with a close
friend, a cousin and a sister who has suffered through this I'm all for
awareness and fighting it even to the point of a "pink" phone!

Sorry to hear about your friends/relatives with cancer-- it's a terrible
disease, I know-- I'm a survivor myself.

But I always wonder, what do all those marches and wristbands really do
other than make people feel good? I mean, you see yourself and your group
on the six o'clock news "doing something" and "fighting" then you go on the
Oprah show and she emotes all over you.

So BFD, ya' know...

Dan'l.

Every time a good is purchased with the "pink" a portion of profit is
donated to battle this. Perhaps too just by raising awareness we can all
help too.
