In spite of my efforts to be removed from the VZW spam mailing lists at
the Churn and Burn Department, I still get crapware mailed to me trying
to get me back on the paypayroll, about every month or so. Today, we've
taken a new turn and I'd like to know if CURRENT VZW customers are
getting this "voucher" in the mail from these people, or just us ol'
churners who might be talked into signing back up just to get a $15
credit by whoring ourselves out for another 2 years of contract bullshit
with Verizon Wireless?? Do we look THAT stupid?...(c;

Oh, there's absolutely no mention of any law firm on this paperwork,
another reason it says "scam". Lawyers are always really proud to show
you their logos, etc., when they win something. But, alas, it's not
here. Looking up 800-259-3494 in any phone search engine goes nowhere.
It's fully hidden, of course.

with an SASE and $5 bill for my trouble, netting you triple your

I hadn't noticed that, but he may have something here as I tried the
same URL and the first one that came up was this forum
group.....hmmmm, I believe there is something "fishy" going on here.
I didn't even know there was a class action suit going on with
Verizon, but then again, how many class action suits are really going
on? I got the same voucher mailings in the mail and after reading it
all over 2X or more, the only one I'd pick would be the 250 extra free
text messaging for 6 mos., then wait for my term to end and get out
of Verizon.......once and for all!

I just spoke to a Verizon Tech Support person, he verified the
settlement is for real. Trouble is that the settlement had something
to do with the "language", since Verizon puts it all in English and
not for "Non-English Speaking People"!
Well, HERE we go again with Non-Americans living in MY United States
of America, whose ancestors formed this country in ENGLISH speaking
language and then we have the Espanola's wanting THEIR language
included, YET do they even WANT to learn ENGLISH?
Noooooooooooooooooo!
So America HAS to adapt to THEM?????? They never
did ONE DAMN THING for this COUNTRY!! Our forefathers who fought the
wars (and they spoke ENGLISH by the way!) for our American FREEDOMS
are again getting STABBED IN THE BACK by the FOREIGNERS of MY Country,
U.S.A.!!! And now they, the NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE WHO ARE
PROBABLY LIVING ILLEGALLY ON MY LAND, are getting THEIR way with a
lawsuit JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN'T READ OR SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!
