Verizon wireless - V3m Music Sync Problem

V3m Music Sync Problem

I set up the music sync software that I got with the VCast Music
Essential Kit. I installed the drivers and WMP10.

After I choose a playlist to sync to my phone in WMP10, my USB is
connected also but it does not recognize the device (phone/V3m) I get
connection failure on the phones screen saying to check the connection
between the PC and phone.

I know the USB cable is good because it works fine with MPT.

Any ideas?
