I bought it. Lot's of nice features - especially the flip open display.
Feels like a real digicam.
But CCD sensor is v-e-r-y s-l-o-w. The photos have good saturation and even
good ASA-equivalent. But if you move the camera even slightly, the image
stretches along with the motion. You know - like a moving curtain slit.
That's probably because the software is trying to keep up with scanning
every vertical column of pixels.

But that is not the deal breaker.

No signal.
Verizon replaced it. Still no signal.
I flipped it on eBay (new in box = $500 because I had to honor the
contract -not the new owner)
I purcahsed a MotoKrzr K1m. It has a signal.

What do I mean "no signal?" I mean that in areas where a motorola gets all
the bars, the Samsung SCH-a990 gets bupkiss. For example: In an elevator,
under a tree, in a garage, in a shopping mall - Hell! Even in an open air
parking garage. NO SIGNAL. My advice to you is simple: NO SALE.

I have had it 1 week, and I love it. I heard the reception was not
good, but it works better than my old MOTO E815, which I also loved a
lot. Camera takes a little getting used to, and you need to be still -
but once you have adapted, it is a great cam/phone.
