Author Verizon ----6 Voicemails 2 to 3 Weeks Late

I got a bundle of them a few mornings ago, six of them --- all very
late and causing considerable problems since to the last one they were
very important.

Other Verizon subscribers have told me they have had the same
irritating experiences with late voice-mails. One's wife chewed him
out because he didn't meet her for lunch. He didn't receive her
voicemail until the next day. Another subscriber in Atlanta says they
do it to her all the time. She says she receives voicemails in
bundles, and they will be days, even weeks, late.

Anybody else have this experience, or know the solution, other than
changing to another phone service? This kind of glitch can really
cause some big problems.

I find that as long as I pay my bill on time, voicemails arrive
correspondingly....

I have had this problem happen to me before. However, in my case the
problem only has occurred a handful of times. Maybe 2-3 times a year if
that.

I am not having that trouble at all. However, I do have this trouble with
text messages sent via email relay ##########@vtext.com. I got one that was
sent 8 hours earlier.

It has nothing to do with whether you pay your bill or not, unless of course
you have been disconnected.
It means the voice mail system is getting to be max out on capacity. Had it
happen with USCC all the time until they upgraded
their system. Haven't had with Verizon in WI yet

Ah, then. All the more reason to distrust Verizon and to buy services
from another company when the contract runs out. My bills have always
been paid on time. I can only suspect that their services rendered to
me are slouchy and defective, while there's not a goddamn thing wrong
with the money I pay them.

We have this happen with our VZW voice mail quite often. No rhyme or
reason. Sometimes the VMs are instant, other times hours or days late. We
travel all over the U.S. routinely so it doesn't seem isolated to one area
or another.

P.S.: That dude needs to find another wife.

Changing wives is pretty expensive...
