V3m MPT Phonebook Problem

I have MPT working with my V3m with the seem edits.

The problem I have is when I select the "Phonebook" on MPT the
Synchronization Suite opens fine and loads my contacts from my Outlook
from my PC but when it goes to read the phones contacts it starts and
freezes there everytime.

Also, when I choose the Synchronization option it opens and says it is
reading phones memory and everytime I get an error saying that it
cannot synch because the phone is being used by another device which I
do not have any other device using it.

Any ideas/help with this?
