Went to verizon today to get my firmware upgraded. This Is what I was told.

1. LG 8100 reboots on It's own. Verizon said there aware of it and firmware will fix this problem.
2. LG 8100 ear volume is low and hard to hear sometimes. Verizon says that's also been fixed In the new firmware.

Now, With the new Firmware because verizon wants us to pay for music, The new firmware will take away the MP3 playback.

I'm going to write Verizon a letter to tell them they SUCK. You pay extra for things on a phone. But they just take it away when they see the cash flow dwindle as people load there own MP3 songs. The tech said oh just convert your songs over to WMA format.

Funny thing the tech said. You will lose MP3 but were not sure this Firmware will fix your problems.

I smell a class action starting.

The funnier thing is how easy it is to put back the ability to play MP3's before you even get out the door.

Thanks for the Info. I went and got the new firmware today. It was said to fix the camera, but don't see improvement.
I never use it anyway.

Phone has not rebooted on it's own yet. But its only been a few hours. Going to leave it on for the next few days to see if it has been fixed or not.
