Samsung SCH-i730 vs XV6700

Was wondering if anybody has any comments one way or the other on these 2
devices. Who makes the XV6700? I have a E815 and was looking at changing
(not sure if it would be an upgrade) to one of the PDA/Phones. Thanks for
the input/comments.

howardforums.com has a lot of info on these units. As I recall, the 6700
was a better deal.
