| I know there is a $50 deductible on the phone, but what about
accessories?....(like a Bluetooth headset) is there a deductible for those
too? Do I just take it back to the store?
Thanks

You could call them and ask?
Never thought about that. I just envisioned the accessories
disappearing when the phone got stolen or lost and getting
everything replaced... I'm guessing $50 deductible per claim.
You send them the $50 and they send you the $80 headset.
I'm not sure if TEC is limited in the number of claims per year
like the lockline/Assurian coverage is but that might be a
consideration for you.
And what does "Do I just take it back to the store" mean?
It sounds like you still have it and it just stopped working or
you broke it? Just take it in to the store. If you bought it from
VZW there's always the chance that they will simply swap
you for a new/reconditioned one.

Yeah, really, the headset might have it's own warranty. If it's defective,
and less than 1 yr. old, it almost certainly is covered on its own.
