Author Cross-Carrier Unified Messaging Service?

I need the following service (if it exists):

1 phone number that people can forward voicemails to from various
voicemail systems (Verizon, Cingular, Sprint/Nextel) and I need the
voicemails to be placed into my email as mp3 or wav or some audio
format....

Does such a service exist? If so, where?

Alternatively, if a single number is impossible, could I have one
number for each carrier and a service layered on top of that to pull
voicemails from these numbers and place them into a single email inbox?

Thanks in advance,

Steve
