I was looking in the service menu on my 8100 and I went to Service Prg. and
was looking at all the settings on the phone and I noticed that the second
screen (Phone number (MDN)) shows my phone number and then the next screen
( Phone number (MIN)) shows a different phone number. The last 4 of that
phone number are different. Should both of those numbers be my phone number?
I have tried to put that second number to my phone number and the phone dose
not work. I can not make any calls. I get the America Roamig Network
message. Then I dial *22899 and then the phone number goes back in to the
phone. I called that phone number and some ones voice mail. Are my phone
calls being routed through that different number?? I am not sure that I like
the was that this is set up. Should I call VZW and find out why or will they
know?????

Did you port your number? That could be one reason there is a difference I
have been informed.
