I was an AC1 customer, moved to AC2 over a year ago. Is it possible
to move back to AC1?

| Just tried the other day - flat out no from CSR
Including having them get a supervisor (nicely)
Hung up and called retention. Used the port word
a couple of times - still the answer was no.

| There are two possibilities. You can download an old AC1 PRL to your phone
and you'll get all the AC 1 coverage with no roaming charges. Or, much
easier, change your home SID to one that you want to roam on when away from
VZW...still no roaming charges. 'How to' for these can be found with a
search of these forums.
