I saw a post recently that suggested that AC2 accounts cannot make
roaming calls in Canada, since there is no roaming with AC2.

Is that correct? Does "no roaming" mean "no international roaming"?

Not true. Roaming in Canada is permitted. When I was in Toronto and
Montreal, I paid $0.69/min. plus tax for local as well as long distance
calls. Digital coverage was available in both cities.

No, it means no FREE international roaming. It roams just fine, but at
..69/min. in Canada. I use my AC II phone in Mexico. However, there are NO
roaming charges if you switch to the "North America's Choice" plan.
