I have a cell phone from Simple Freedom. Verizon bought out SF in my
area. I have purchased a renew card from a third party that used to
work in the past but does not any more.

Party one: Verizone - they recognize my phone number but not the renew
number.
Party two: FastCard - they tell me the code is legit but because I'm a
Verizone cronny the number won't work. (They don't recognize the phone
number.)
Party three: Wal-Mart - Am I screwed to get my $25 back? Or can I take
the card back and get a refund.

Last question... Is there **ANY** way to get to a VerizonWireless
CSRep?????

I think the easiest thing to try would be to go back to
where you purchased the renew card, tell them it
doesn't work, and let them sort it out.
