Free Phonebook transfer software?

| I've got a data cable to hook my phone to the USB port but need some
software to transfer the phonebook to my computer so I can move it to
another phone.
I attached the phone and cable and WIN XP Pro SP2 installed the drivers--
but I can't see the phone in Explorer or the Device Manager.
Any suggestions?

| Motorola Phone tools. Ebay is a good place to start. Or Google it and you
might find it.

| If you get sick and tired of looking for it elsewhere, you may just get
annoyed enuf to actually go to the Motorola website (www.motorola.com) and
download it from there.... :)

Does your phone work with activesynch? I use that and a USB cable for my
PDA. (phones a moto so I use MPT for that)
