I just ported from Verizon to Page Plus, which uses the verizon
network.
After I re-programmed the phone using *228, the speakerphone is not
scratchy.... when I listen to it.

It seems to me the re-progamming messed it up....

Any ideas how to fix this?

When you re-programmed it, you said it's not scratchy. Then you say that the
re-programming messed it up. Which is it ?
