64bit Broadband Access - which VZW PC Card will work?

I shall be glad if someone could kindly let me know if any of the VZW
BroadbandAccess PC Cards (EVDO) work in Windows XP Pro 64Bit edition.

Somebody mentioned a while ago that the Audiovox/Sierrawireless PC 5220
works with a third-party driver and can be installed as a modem. However, I
have been unable to locate such a driver on the Web via a Google search. Or
maybe I have not been able to define what I am looking for. Also, my
advancing and premature senility perhaps is preventing me from recalling
where I heard about the 64Bit driver for that card before!

Does anybody know about this or any other PC Cards usable on VZW on 64Bit?
Any insight would be highly appreciated.
