RAZR V3m DUN with USB cable
|
|
|
| I am expecting to receive mine today.
I already have the mini USB cable and I
downloaded MPT last night. Is anyone
here using the v3m as modem for the laptop
with USB cable? I know there's no chance
in using DUN with Bluetooth in most of
Verizon's BT capable phones.
Thanks for any response on this as I have to
have DUN. I currently have a VX4500
and use it for emergency when I have to vpn
to my LAN at work.

| How did you do that? I just returned mine because
I got "Access denied..." when VZAccess connected
to the network. I called VZW and they said that
in order for the V3M to connect to the lnternet,
I have to sign up for the terribly high priced
data plan of $60.00.
Do you have the data plan?

| I have the 1st razr which had bluetooth active.
No data plan. Not high speed. 56K modem inside the Razr. I've used it a few
times to check email when out of town with my laptop and a bluetooth dongle.
