| Last week I got the V3m, and after fully charging, the battery appeared to
run down within hours - without my using the phone. I also have a Razr with
Cingular, so I switched batteries, and it did it to that battery too. And,
the first battery worked fine in my Cingular Razr. So, I exchanged the
phone.
The second one is a bit better, but the battery meter stills shows the
battery running down within a day. When I turn it off and then on again, it
will go from 1 bar to 2. Then I took the supposedly run down battery out
and put it in my Cingular razr, and it was nearly full. Very weird. So,
rather than a hardware issue, running the battery down fast, it appears to
be mis-reading it. On two different V3ms (and, I got the second one at a
different store so I wouldn't run into another problem if there was a bad
batch).
Now they tell me to bring it back to the store for a software flash or
something.
Has anyone else run into this???
