Upgrade E815 to Razor V3M?

Is this an upgrade or a downgrade?
I know the V3C was not as good (performance wise, not styling) as the
e815, but what about the V3m?

I like the the e815, especially the voice dialing which is great compared
the the lg8100 which sucked in that respect.
However, the hinge is loose as a goose and the thing is bulky compared to
other phones.

BTW I'm not into hacking the phone etc, just dialing and basic features.
Speakerphone and voice dialing along with LOUD audio is appreciated.
