By all means get the Kyrocera KPC-650.
Also order the external magnetic mount antenna for mobile use, it really
helps while mobile.

I can't find the KCP-650 on the Verizon website. Do you know where I
can get one and what the price is?
Thanks.

It's been that way for some time. I think the only EVDO card Verizon
actually *stocks* is the PC-5740; even though the KPC-650 is still
buried on their web site.

The Kyocera is regularly available on eBay and if you're a sharp
bidder, you should able to snatch one up for around $125.00 - Then,
it's just a matter of calling Verizon and doing an ESN change.

Here's one:

One word of warning on this card... If you intend to use an external
antenna, you'll find the connector to be _very_ delicate. After only a
few weeks of use, mine broke off and rendered the entire card
useless. (It's apparently wired in series with the onboard antenna, so
when one goes they both go). Since I hadn't purchased the card from an
authorized dealer, Kyocera would not repair it.

Good luck,
