| Cingular has the worst customer service ever. I'm writing this as I'm
waiting for customer service on the phone now for 30 minutes. They
initially told me the waite would be 7 minutes. They've over billed me
again this time by $260.00!
I cannot waite to leave them. Take my advice and stear clear. My
friends have Verizon and say their support is great.
Cingular stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats why Left them, over billing, poor poor customer service
And after 30 days the store reps cant do JACK to help you

I didnt notice this before but why R U posting this in the Verizon
group?
Hang up port over, and relax
I know of 7 people that paid the etf fee to leave Cingulard and have
NOT had a problem with Verizon Wireless yet

I hope you have good phone service after you switch to Verizon. I have
both Cingular and Verizon phones ... and if it was totally my choice I
would only have Cingular. Verizon must have the MOST dropped calls
ever and terrible coverage for most people I talk to.

"Most people"? According to J. D. Power most people rate Verizon best,
Cingular worst.

| I have a corporate phone that is on Verizon ... that is why I have it I
certainly wouldn't pay for it.

| The survey depends on the particular service area. I live 50 miles
from a major city and in the major city the coverage is great but in
smaller towns it is not. It would be interesting to see the areas
targeted by JD Power.

for you, where you want and need it to work is all I care about. Have had
both Sprint and VZW for years now across three states and both have their
ups and downs. SPCS has worked better for me than VZW.

| I'll second that hogwash part.. I live 29 miles outside of Spokane and there
is only one phone service that works in my whole town/area.. Verizon.. Yet
it actually lists cingular, yet there phones don't even work in my city!
