| Is there a place that has instructions and software to get the Verizon GI
off of the V3C? I have a friend that has one on USC and he has all kinds of
menu options that I do not have.
Thanks in advance

What do you mean..."get the Verizon GI off"?
Are you both using the same carrier? Same phone?

If by "GI" you mean the VZW User Interface then the answer is yes.
You could flash the phone to Altell Firmware. You can also do seem
edits to the VZW firmware to get more options. You can find detailed
instruction on where to get what you need and how to do it at Howards
Forum. http://www.howardforums.com/
Be sure to read everything carefully and make certain you understand
what you read before doing anything. There is risk that you could
damage your phone beyond repair if you make a serious mistake.
