B-Speech Bluetooth Headset???

Hi all again

I am looking to get a Bluetooth headset. While doing some research on
the internet I came across the B-Speech Bluetooth Headset. Most of the
other headsets I have seen are rechargeable. That is great, but means
there will be another charger for me take along on trips. With the
B-Speech it is powered by a AAA battery. Also I will not be using the
headset all that often I will to need to replace the battery all that
often. Manly went to use it while in the car. Any thoughts good or bad
about this one? Are there other headsets I should be looking at?
