Once you select the proper phone, the update is at the very bottom of the
page of the XV6700 FAQs

http://dts.vzw.com/

I just installed it, it is basically like a hard reset, so backup your stuff
people. Don't say I didn't warn you. So far it seems to work very well,
the landscape switch is fast without changing any registry settings. There
is a new connection manager, and Verizon now allows both Cellular and Wifi
to run at once without a registry hack. Also, HTC seems to have added their
voice dailing program (called Cyberon Voice Speed Dial). Looks like you can
dial contacts as well as open programs and such, though most likely not as
accurate as MS Voice Command. I haven't tried it yet, but I will be soon.
I have read somewhere that they have added support for Microsoft Voice
Command over bluetooth, but I don't know this for sure. Of course this adds
the new options for Push Email with Exchange SP2. So far I am liking it,
though I didn't espect a full hard reset, its no biggie, I will just be
reloading my oulook contacts and all my other stuff saved on my home
computer. It did not touch the storage card I had installed, so don't worry
about that one.
