Author Analog on Superior North Shore?

Can anybody here indicate whether the latest America's choice plan allows
analog roaming on the Lake Superior North Shore in Minnesota?

I was recently up there with my Sprint PCS phone and I was roaming on Verizon
Wireless Digital when on Hwy 61 or in towns, but in some areas along the
highway or just off of the highway I found that I was roaming analog. Looking
at the coverage map for the area, it appears that analog isn't allowed (map
shows no coverage for the non-digital areas in the arrowhead region), other
areas of the state have analog roaming coverage on this plan.

Thanks!
