Why not ask them? Why do you think anyone here would know?

It's a weak phone. Lots of returns for the weak hinge, and echo
problems. I've heard the echo problems have been fixed with a flash
upgrade. But the weak hinge closing with the leather case installed was
the big gripe people had. And Motorola is pushing the thiner lighter
phones.

Thin is in with the buying public.

They don't care about anything else. It's a good phone. But If they
don't sell then there history.

I disagree with the "weak phone" assessment, but I do agree with Moto
pushing these Razr variants over everything else. Kinda sucks, since I
don't like super-thin phones (there are several reasons why), but I'm
not going to replace my E815 anytime soon anyway.

Not sure I agree with this. Look throughout the other phones (besides
the Razr) at the Verizon stores. Every single one of them is a phone
that is like the E815. The LGs, the Samsungs, etc.

What do you have to do to get the echo problem fixed? You said flash
upgrade. What is that? DO i have to bring phone into Verizon store?

Verizon is not saying it, It's Motorola that is. I don't have the link
but moto was saying that the thin is in about the razr, the q and others.
