I have Razr v3m and have donwloaded PST 7.2.3. When I start the progam, it
appears that it doesn't recognize the phone. Is there some small step I not
doing, or something else that has to be downloaded? The link on
http://www.hacktherazr.com/guide.setup.usb.html for the USB drivers is a bad
link. The computer did recognize that the phone is there, and device
manager shows 4 yellow question marks next to Motorola items.
