Author help with pix on LGVX8100

Hi

O took some pictures with this phone and then realized I couldn't
easily move them to my PC.

I bought a miniSD card in order to do this, and with the phone I used
the "move pix" function to save the pictures to the card.

Well, the phone did confirmed that the pix were saved to the card and
proceeded to delete the copy on the phone memory.

Now, when I went to Costco to have the pictures printed - the miniSD
card reads as empty! There are no files.

Does the phone save the files in a different format or something. Has
anyone had this problem?

Is it necessary to format miniSD cards before using them in th cell
phone maybe?

I want to try to recover these pictures if possible, any advice would
be appreciated.

Thx

Larry

Buy a CAMERA the cellular bureaucrats can't tinker with......

I got the JVC 30 GB hard drive camcorder, instead of a new cellphone with a
2 year, iron-clad contract. It'll take a gazillion really huge stills or 7
hours of amazing video before I have to unload it.

They wouldn't let me in the strip club with it, however.........dammit.
