Hi,

Currently I have a lg vx7000 phone. I use mobileweb4u.com to access the
net ($20/yr) as apposed to $5/month from vwz.

This service works fine. I have AC so I get billed for mins used only
(I never go over my mins so that is great)

However I am considering upgrading to the motorola q and I have a
number of questions.

If I stay on the smae plan and decline the data packages I still assume
that I will be billed for mins used while accessing the web - is this
correct?

Also if I install skype for pda (I know that i need to wait for the
smartphone version to be released) and I am connected to skype will
that be constant minute usage?

Or if I go for the pay per kb option how much data would skype transfer
while connected for a 24hr period? And any ideas how much data/min a
conversation would be on skype?

Also anyone farmiliar with the mobileweb4u pda/smartphone service? How
does that work with verizon?

If you proxy through www.google.com, you pay nothing (just voice minutes).
That's what I do on my phone.
