VX8300 and Bluetooth cuts off

| I just upgraded to the VX8300 from Verizon and got the Bluetooth H500.
The Bluetooth device cuts out every so often and the phone is right in front
of my face
or just a foot or so away. Does this happen alot or is it defective?

That happens every now and then. But I would have it checked.

I am less than happy with this combination myself. I believe the H500 to be
the issue. I had an H700 (?) with a boom hooked up and it worked fine. You
might also try updating to the latest firmware on your phone; just take it to
the nearest Verizon store that has a tech to do this. You can find the
nearest store on their website.
