| I know with Blackberry you get your email in real time always on.
What about Motorola Q does it work the same way? Lady at verizon told
me with Motorola Q you set it up to go check your email like once
every 5 mins. Is that true? If so that sucks I will need to know the
sec I get new email.
Trying to figure out what my next phone will be BlackBerry or Motorola
Q.
Working at service Tech and its first come first server at accepting
email work orders. Most work orders only last 3 mins before someone
grabs it.
Any suggestion here!!

| With the latest update you can get your email in real time. I usually get my
email on my Q before it hits my desktop

Currently I am carrying both the Q and the Blackberry. I bought the Q
to replace the blackberry and at this point I am planning to return the
Q. My issues are short battery life, limitations of the device,
complexity of use. First if you are using either in a work environment
with Microsoft Exchange you should be able to set up either to get your
email immediately. If you are accessing a Pop3 or Imap account. You may
get the Q to work and you may not. I have had mine working briefly and
now it is not. Verizon tech support was great on the initial set up,
however after installing the upgrade I have not gotten the email to
work again. I will call them again and probably get it working. I never
have had to call about my blackberry.
