Author 4.2 Desktop / App software for Blackberry 7750?

Verizon's site has desktop and handheld 4.0 software for the
Blackberry 7750, which lacks quite a few features 4.2 has.

The 4.2 desktop app is easy to find, but I can't find a 4.2 handheld
app for Verizon.
